Founded in 2018 by Daniel Molesworth-Martin, Greenstone began as a bold vision—just a laptop, a phone, a trusted circle, and Daniel’s relentless drive to modernise the French property market for Non-Residents. With no financial backing, he set out to bridge the gap between buyers, agents, and developers through a more transparent, collaborative, and tech-forward approach.

Seven years on, Greenstone has grown into a thriving international force, partnering with over 250 developers and managing a diverse portfolio of more than 100 new-build developments—representing around 1,200 properties. From luxury villas along the French Riviera to high-altitude French Alpine chalets, Greenstone has become a trusted partner for buyers, developers, and vendors alike. With a deep understanding of the French property escapes, Greenstone provides seamless, client-focused solutions that are reshaping how Non-Residents buy and sell property in France.
